Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance
live2dev.com (the “Platform”) is operated by PT ANTIGANE LABS INDONESIA (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
2. What the Platform is
live2dev.com is a marketplace where game studios fund streamer campaigns and creators discover paid opportunities. We are not a streaming platform: streams happen on third-party services, and we do not guarantee any audience, views, or sales outcome from a campaign.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Campaigns, LIVV credit, and fees
Campaigns are funded with LIVV, the Platform's internal credit. LIVV is not money, currency, crypto, or a tradable asset: 1 LIVV equals Rp 1.000 for campaign accounting and never leaves the Platform. Campaign offers start at 30 LIVV per campaign. Top-ups may require manual review before credit is issued. Offered amounts are held in escrow and released to the streamer after the developer approves completed work, minus a 5% success fee. No fee is charged on failed or cancelled campaigns. Refunds of escrowed LIVV follow the campaign status shown in the product.
5. User content and conduct
You retain rights to content you submit (game listings, profiles, links, messages) and grant us a licence to display it for operating the Platform. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, interfere with the Platform, or misuse other users' data. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are violated.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, its branding, and its software are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform except as permitted by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons. Accrued rights, escrow obligations for completed work, and limitations of liability survive termination.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the LIVV fees we retained on the campaign giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and failing that shall be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
