The data controller is PT ANTIGANE LABS INDONESIA, operator of live2dev.com. Contact: live2dev.official@gmail.com. This Policy explains processing of personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022).
2. Data we collect
Account and profile data you provide (name, username, email, profile details); authentication identity from our login provider; campaign and transaction records (games, offers, escrow, approvals); content you submit (listings, links, messages); and basic technical/usage data (device, logs, pages viewed).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to operate the marketplace (accounts, campaigns, escrow, payouts), communicate with you, keep the Platform secure, and comply with legal obligations — based on your consent, performance of our agreement with you, and our legitimate interests in running a safe service.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Platform (hosting, database, authentication, storage) and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data. Public profiles, game listings, and stream archives you choose to publish are visible to other users.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is fully immune to risk.
6. Your rights
Subject to UU PDP, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact live2dev.official@gmail.com and we will respond within applicable legal timelines. We may need to verify your identity first.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage for login, theme, and security. We do not use advertising trackers on the public site. Your browser settings can block or clear storage, though parts of the Platform may stop working.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed at children. If you believe a child's data was provided without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
